How do you ensure quality control?

We have a very strict quality control process at MyTasker. A task performed by an executive is checked again by the Supervisor to ensure quality and perfection. The client receives the final resolution only when we’re satisfied with the work quality from our end.

What time zone are you located in?

We are based in India (IST time zone). However, we offer our services 24/7 and skill-based departments operate during Indian Business Hours from Monday to Friday 10 AM to 8 PM IST.

Can I customize the services I require or choose a package that suits my budget?

What happens next when I register under any paid subscription?

Once your account has been successfully set up, you can start submitting your tasks. Furthermore, you will be provided with a Point of Contact/Account Manager who will be available during your preferred working hours, assign the best fit expert to your tasks, supervise the work and shall look after all aspects related to your account. Also, your POC along with your expert will be available during your preferred working hours in order to have better to and fro communication.

How can I cancel a task that has already been sent from my end?

You can cancel a task by sending us an email through the same task chain or give us instructions over the phone or Google chat. Our executives will act accordingly.

Do you have a mobile app for iPhone/Android/Windows?

No. At present, we do not have a mobile app for iPhone/Android/Windows. However, you can still access your ZentraBoost Account from your Browser.

Do you offer cold calling?

No. We do not provide cold calling because we do not guarantee sales of products/services.

I am looking to outsource some of our website marketing content. Does your team write blog posts if they are given a certain topic to research?
